I don`t know about you,but we`ve seen a tremendous increase of buyer`s from England,Germany,France, Japan,Spain, Dubai,and Canada.
These buyer`s are seeking to purchase second homes at ridiculously low prices. Guess what?! They are. Condominiums,Town homes and Single Family homes are being purchased by these "Smart Buyer`s" because they fully realize that although our economy seems to be in the doldrums, they realize our nation will eventually bounce back sooner,rather than later.

Most marvel at the beauty our state offers and we seem to take granted for. They love our beaches, highways systems, architecture,entertainment and restaurant's. To these buyer`s Florida is a "Giant Disney" full of wonderful beauty!
Interestingly enough, majority of these buyer`s are purchasing homes in CASH!
They fully believe their homes will increase in value,regardless of how the media portrays our economy.
To many a gallon of gas at $4.00 is the norm. They insist our food prices are low,clothes are sold on the cheap and housing prices are at a level where buying a home now makes perfect sense!
In spite of the Media generating stories of how bad the "Housing market is" there are still buyer`s out there.
